Introduction to the Rapid Die Changing System for Punching Machines
The general small and medium-sized punching machine machinery (about 600T or less) is composed of a clamping device, a pneumatic pump combination, a mold shifting arm, a mold lifter, etc. The system uses a pneumatic hydraulic pump unit to generate high oil pressure, and the hydraulic oil enters the oil circuit connected to the clamping device, pushing the piston and lever mechanism of the clamping device to work, achieving rapid clamping of the mold. By using the system's pressure relief and reflux, the clamping device is quickly released to achieve rapid mold unloading, This greatly reduces the time for upper and lower molds.
The rapid mold changing system for medium and large punch machinery (about 600T or above) generally uses a rapid mold changing trolley to improve mold changing. The rapid mold changing trolley is generally divided into single station mold changing trolley and double station mold changing trolley.
